How it works

Eligible citizens will have to register through the web portal in three simple steps

and submit the application for further processing .

*Account creation will be required for registration in NPHP phase-III.

*Sign in to your account and fill up the required details.

*The case will be forwarded to NAPHDA for further processing.


Launch of NPHP PHASE-III

NAPHDA is pleased to announce the launch of phase-III after the successful completion of NPHP Phase-I and Phase-II.

Following citizens of Pakistan can avail this facility.

All citizens of Pakistan have valid CNIC numbers.

The citizen of Pakistan has the age of 25 to 53 years.

The citizen of Pakistan who is not involved in any act of terrorism and their names are not included in schedule IV of ATA, 1997.

Only one application against one CNIC will be accepted.
