Privatization Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

LLB degree, duly recognized by the HEC.

Preference will be given to candidates having LLM.

15+ years post qualification experience at the bar in corporate law and advisory.

Must have undertaken privatization of at least one financial institution.

Must possess verifiable experience of advising in minimum 3 privatization transactions in the capacity of Board Member of Senior Consultant or compare position.
